Yes, and no. On weekdays, our building functions primarily as a gathering place for Bolingbrook’s senior population. However, during “off hours” such as on nights and weekends it becomes available for rent. In fact, it’s been the site the thousands of successful special events of virtually every type.


The price is $150/hour. There is a $450 deposit required to secure your date. This includes a $100 security deposit that may be returned after passing inspection for any loss or damage to the facility or grounds.

If you cancel 61 days or more prior to your event, you will receive 100% of all payments refunded to you.

No. You may purchase bar packages designed for your party. You cannot bring in any outside drink. Any food brought in, must be from an approved caterer that provides a certificate of liability insurance.


We can hold up to 250 guests.
You can arrive to set up 2 hours prior to the start of your event for free. Any additional time will be charged at $75/hour.
Yes, as long as they provide a certificate of liability insurance and are approved prior to the event. If you are looking for some suggested caterers, you may contact our banquet manager.
No. There are no exceptions to this. Your party will be shut down if it is found that you have brought your own.
Yes! Our lovely garden gazebo is available for ceremonies at an additional cost of $175.00. White garden chairs are available upon request for $2.00/chair.
Any decorations that you would like to keep and/or equipment brought in by either you, or an outside vendor, must be removed immediately following your event.
Our available hours for rental are:
Friday- 6:30 PM-2:00 AM
Saturday- 11:00 AM-2:00 AM
Sunday- 11:00 AM-12:00 AM

We encourage you to be creative with your décor. We want your event to be as special and memorable as you imagined it to be. There are a few things that we ask you to keep in mind:

  • Adhesives can be used to affix your décor on the walls. However, if the Levy Center’s walls become damaged, we will have to consider any repairs to them when returning your security deposit.
  • If you plan on decorating with tea light candles, they must be enclosed in glass. All other candles must be approved by the banquet manager.
  • At no time can you nail or staple anything to the walls.

Yes, tables and chairs are provided to accommodate up to 250 people. We have 60″ round tables and 8′ long tables.

The Levy has spaces for approximately 100 cars and trucks. There is additional street parking available as well.
No, The Levy is rented to you on your date on an exclusive basis.
Yes, we have a sound system available for $100.00 rental fee. It includes DVD, projector, CD player, and a microphone.
